Howard Chappell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida in 1998. He went on to earn his law degree from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude with a certificate of concentration in advocacy. While at Stetson Mr. Chappell received the William F. Blews pro bono service award for his extensive volunteer work with the Pinellas County Urban League and the Family Law Division of the County Court. Mr. Chappell has also been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County Court Mediator. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the state of Florida, as well as the Middle District and 11th Circuit. |
